As the HR & Office Management Specialist you will;

  • Be the People & Culture ambassador for our Lisbon office, a growing talent hub.
  • Do Office Management related tasks to make sure our office runs smoothly, being the first point of contact for facility related matters
  • On- and Off-board employees and assist in the payrolling process
  • Advice & support employees on practical HR related matters
  • Support in events, meetings with external guests and recruitment activities
  • Work closely with the Country Director Portugal and People & Culture department in HQ, driving our culture & spirit together

Desired profile

We’re looking for employees that are curious, flexible and continuously want to push their professional boundaries. Team players with an international mindset and multi-cultural sensitivity.

In order to be successful in this role, it’s important you bring:

  • 2-4 years experience in HR, ideally with some experience in workplace management
  • A Bachelor/Master degree
  • Basic knowledge of Portuguese employment law and HR practices essential
  • A natural enthusiasm for resolving problems, and the ability to stay cool under pressure
  • A great sense of flexibility and ‘Make It Happen’ Spirit. Since we’re a scale-up, your role will evolve for sure.
  • Excellent multi-tasker, organised with high accuracy standards
  • A passion for people and human behavior. An ambition to grow in the field of HR
  • An interest for workplace innovation, on a practical and strategic level
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and verbal
