Role

The People & Culture Team drives mycujoo’s vision to be a modern and inspiring employer in a very competitive market. Recruitment will be crucial in the current growth phase of the company. That’s why we build an inhouse recruitment team where you can have a big impact for the company and future employees. You will;

  • Be recruiting Tech talent around the globe, creating perfect matches and managing the funnel from a to z
  • Be the ambassador of mycujoo and first point of contact in market, actively networking in relevant communities
  • Innovate how and where we source & attract talent
  • Improve our Employer Brand & create a EVP for tech & product
  • Partner with hiring managers, agencies & sourcing channels
  • Work with People & Culture advisors to improve our onboarding process



Desired profile

We’re looking for colleagues that are curious, flexible and continuously want to push their professional boundaries. Tech recruiting is not easy, you know how we can make the difference and you don’t stop where others do... You are cultural sensitive as we have a team of 28 nationalities in Amsterdam and offices around the world. You bring:

  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment, experience in recruiting internationally
  • A Bachelor/Master degree
  • Solid knowledge of tech languages and agile product management
  • Great sourcing skills and a personal approach
  • Keen eye to bring new recruitment technologies to our company
  • A passion for people and ambition to grow in recruitment
  • A great sense of flexibility and ‘Make It Happen’ Spirit. Since we’re a scale-up, your role will evolve for sure.
  • Exceptional communication. Fluent in English, written and verbal.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in a fast growing international tech scale-up company
  • Portuguese language skills
  • Love for (e) sports
